A Surprise Christmas-time Wedding at The Unique Space | Melissa & Omar

On the day after Christmas, Melissa & Omar hosted their friends and family for their Unique Space wedding…except they didn’t know they were coming to a wedding at all! Their guests thought they were attending their engagement party, and then…SURPRISE!

After their First Look, Melissa & Omar and their Wedding Party walked over to The Unique Space.

As part of the subterfuge, Melissa changed out of her wedding dress and into a cocktail dress before guests arrived. She got to sample her DIY- donut wall with her nephew, the cutest guy at the whole wedding!

These donuts were kid-approved!

Once the party was underway, Melissa & Omar showed an adorable video to their guests that explained what was REALLY happening…a surprise wedding!

We invited guests outside to take their seats for the ceremony, and before we knew it, we were in the thick of the ceremony!

After the ceremony, guests were treated to a cocktail-style reception featuring eats by the In N Out Truck and Wheat & Fire Pizza Catering, a mobile wood-burning pizza oven!

After dinner, guests enjoyed the donut wall, a delicious homemade cake, and these adorable cookies, personalized with their wedding hashtag: #carafornialove
